- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The ppl that works at the front in the emergency room are very rude & unprofessional...the wait was extremely long just to get checked in....and when did they start triaging in the lobby area...no patient confidentiality here!!!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My husband went in for an out patient surgery for a hernia. He was not allowed to leave because he was to weak to walk. He stayed in recovery from 1:40 until 8pm when they finally put him in a room. The night time nurses were very attentive. However he was discharged at 10:00 by Ms. Cobb. We have been waiting on the nurse Beatrice now for over 2 hours to take out the IV as she has explained she was real busy. Now a nurse is taking out the IV saying we have to wait on the discharge papers from the slow nurse Beatrice. Hell no this is a NO!! RidiculousJanuary 07, 2017by Angelia Stewart
